About this Role:

WhatYoulldo:

Electronics Assembly

• Assemble optical and electronic components using hand tools or power tools.

• Assemble cable harness assemblies.

• Follow technical drawings or work instructions.

• Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with standards.

Quality Control

• Conduct in-process and final inspections.

• Record data from quality checks and report deviations to supervisors or QA.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to meet 5S/lean manufacturing standards.

Documentation

• Complete production logs batch records or digital tracking systems.

• Report any defects delays or unsafe conditions.

• Maintainaccuraterecords for inventory and material usage.

Collaboration

• Work closely with engineers supervisors and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow.

• Assistin process improvement initiatives or lean manufacturing events.

Required Education and Experience:

Education:

• High school diploma or GED

• Associate degree in electronics or technical certification preferred

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment

• IPC certification preferred

Experience and Technical Competence:

• Familiarity with electronics assembly tools and safety practices

• Experience with quality control procedures and inspection techniques

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings blueprints or work instructions

• Basic computer skills (for data entry tracking systems etc.)

• Experience with lean manufacturing and ISO standards
