Located in the heart of Downtown San Jose the beautiful Signia by Hilton San Joseis looking for a talentedDirector of Food & Beverage!

This elegant and luxurious hotel consist of 541 rooms offers 4 unique F&B options and 55000 square feet of meeting space.

The ideal candidate will be an engaging leader who has a talent for inspiring and building winning teams. We are looking for a current Director of Food & Beverage in a large hotel setting who is a master at building relationships thinking outside the box and has a true passion for food & beverage programming as well as excellent organization and communication skills. This leader must have solid experience in managing multiple outlets proven success in leading a strong banquet operation and union management experience.

What will I be doing

As a Director of Food and Beverage you will direct and organize the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.

• Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation.
• Implement effective controls of food beverage and labor costs.
• Ensure compliance with health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
• Help ensure high standards of food and beverage quality service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.
• Interview train supervise counsel schedule and evaluate staff.

The annual salary range for this role is $165000-$175000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
