The Ask UVM Student Success Specialist hires trains and supervises the team of student workers. Student Guides welcome students to Ask UVM (UVMs one stop shop) and are prepared to provide broad assistance with student questions. Responsible for creating updating and evaluating comprehensive training for Student Guides. Develops excellent knowledge of University resources and processes to provide training as well as direct student support for more complicated or confidential questions while adhering to unit-specific Collaboration Agreements (CA).
