Land Development Designer
We have a career opportunity for a Civil Site/Land Development Designer with a proven track record of successfully producing for a broad range of this role you will perform in the planning and design of civil site/land development projects. You will also contribute to strategic initiatives that drive the growth of the civil site/land development group.
Location
This position will be primarily in the office with occasional availability to work from home. Our office is located in Glastonbury CT office.
The Impact You Will Have
- Produce multiple concurrent civil site/land development projects for municipal public and private clients.
- Ensure the development of high-quality engineering documents.
- Adhere to all internal procedures for quality control documentation and project tracking.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related discipline required. EIT certification preferred.
- 0-3 years of experience
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Desire to work hard and grow professionally.

The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the State of Connecticut Pay Transparency Laws. See below links. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on numerous factors including but not limited to individual education qualifications prior work experience and geographic location. The total annual compensation package will consist of a base salary overtime and bonuses.
