JOB SUMMARY

TheTreasury Manageris responsible formanaging all day-to-day treasury functions including cash management liquidity forecasting debt compliance and banking relationships. This role also oversees the companysinsurance programs including policy placement renewals claims management and risk mitigation strategies. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment is highly detail-oriented and can operationalize treasury processes for a complex multi-state business.

CORE JOB DUTIES

Treasury Management

• Oversee daily cash positioning and ensure sufficient operating liquidity across all entities.
• Lead the development and maintenance of weekly monthly and long-termcash flow forecasts.
• Manage enterprise-wide cash movement including intercompany transfers funding and cash optimization strategies.
• Maintain all banking relationships; oversee account openings/closures and bank fee negotiations.
• Improve treasury policies controls and processes to strengthen financial discipline.
• Manage compliance withdebt agreements including covenant tracking reporting and lender deliverables.
• Partner closely with FP&A Accounting TaxM&Aand Operations to ensureaccuratecash reporting and projections.
• Support andfacilitatemonth/quarter end accounting and reporting for treasury transactions
• Implement treasury technology or automation initiatives to streamline manual processes.
• Lead and develop a team oftreasury professionals

Insurance & Risk Management

• In conjunction with ourthird-partyinsurance broker oversee the companys full insurance portfolio including property liability D&O workers compensation auto and other lines as needed.
• Manage the annualinsurance renewal process working closely with brokers underwriters and internal stakeholders.
• In conjunction with our third-party insurance broker helpfacilitateclaims administration documentation and communication between internal teams and insurance partners.
• Ensure Crescomaintainsappropriate coveragelevels to protect company assets and mitigate operational risks.
• In conjunction with ourthird-partyinsurance broker conduct risk assessments and present recommendations for new policies or coverage enhancements.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare management reporting on cash liquidity insurance exposures and risk metrics.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to provide visibility into treasury performance and working capital trends.
• Coordinate audit requests related to treasury or insurance.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE EDUCATION AND SKILLS

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field; MBA or CTP preferred.
• 5 years of treasury experience corporate finance experience or relevant financial role.
• Experience managing corporate insurance programsstronglypreferred.
• Strong working knowledge of cash forecasting liquidity management and debt reporting.
• Ability to work in a highly regulated multi-entity environment with complex cash structures.
• Excellent analytical skills attention to detail and ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Strong communicationand relationship-building skills with lenders banks brokers and internal partners.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with treasury or ERPsystemsa plus.
