Operations Manager Fulton, MS

We are looking for an Operational Manager in Fulton Mississippi who will lead all manufacturing procurement and continuous improvement efforts within the organization. The role requires a strong team leader with a passion for problem solving data analysis and strategic thinking.

Operational Efficiency: Cultivate a continuous improvement culture to eliminate waste optimize performance and build a strategic capital-deployment roadmap for manufacturing automation quality and reliability.

Materials Management: Manage critical supplier performance via metrics and optimize inventory levels to balance market demand with budgetary constraints.

Budget & KPI Management: Partner with leadership to set annual budgets track monthly performance metrics and take full accountability for business operating costs.

Project Management: Lead collaborative capital investment projects with engineering to automate labor-intensive processes and improve operational reliability.

Bachelors Degree in STEM field required

5 years of management in manufacturing environment preferred
