Job Summary
Job Title: Associate Analyst Systems IT
Experience: 3 years
Location: Pune
Primary job responsibilities:
- Gather analyze and document business and functional requirements
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system designs
- Collaborate with developers QA infrastructure and business users
- Support system development testing implementation and deployment activities
- Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and defect resolution
- Provide post-implementation support and system optimization
- Prepare system documentation such as:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
- Change Request Document (CRD)
- Test Cases
- Serve as an IS point person for addressing issues and enhancements related to the specific product and functional area.
- Configure and support existing TMS systems (Oracle Transport Management Descartes Route Planner)
Required Skills :
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to interpret data optimize processes and support operational efficiency
- Understanding of SDLC lifecycle processes and deliverables including Requirements gathering System & Data analysis Software Design Test planning and Execution.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate to functional/technical specifications
- Familiarity with SQL ability to develop simple to medium queries for analysis purpose
- Strong willingness to learn new systems and technologies
Good to have skills:
- Exposure to enterprise applications (ERP TMS CRM or similar systems) is a plus
- Agile Methodology working in Squads
