They are looking for an Architect to support the planning and design of single-family and multi-family residential developments.
This role focuses on ensuring architectural designs align with zoning regulations building codes and project timelines while coordinating with internal teams and external consultants to deliver high-quality residential projects.
Architect Responsibilities:
- Plan and design residential projects including single-family and multi-family homes.
- Define project scope budget and timelines ensuring projects stay on track.
- Collaborate with internal teams on design specifications materials and construction details.
- Prepare architectural drawings and plans using CAD software.
- Ensure designs comply with zoning laws building codes and regulations.
- Coordinate with departments and external consultants to support project timelines and quality.
- Maintain professionalism and ethical standards to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Architect Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture with at least 3 years of experience in residential construction or an architectural firm.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Revit and Microsoft Office; experience with SketchUp is a plus.
- Strong understanding of building codes zoning regulations and design standards.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and strong communication and collaboration skills.
