About the company

Remote World is partnering with a UK embedded finance startup providing credit and payment tools for software platforms a UK-based employer to hire for this role. Their APIs let SaaS platforms offer lending and card products to their own customers theyve processed over Â500M in transactions since launch.

The role

Youll support FP&A with financial modelling reporting and analysis that helps leadership understand performance and plan for growth. Working with the Head of Finance youll build and maintain the monthly management accounts update financial models support the board reporting cycle and investigate variances.

What youll do

• Build and maintain monthly P&L reporting and variance analysis
• Update the three-year financial model with actuals and revised forecasts
• Prepare board pack materials and investor metrics updates
• Analyse unit economics CAC LTV payback period across customer cohorts
• Manage the finance teams reporting calendar and data inputs

What youll need

• Experience in a finance or accounting role (in-house or professional services)
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets modelling skills
• Comfortable working with financial data and identifying variances
• Understanding of basic FP&A concepts revenue recognition P&L cash flow
• Good async written communication

Nice to have

• Part-qualified ACCA CIMA or ACA
• Experience with financial planning tools (Mosaic Cube or similar)
