Transaction Services Analyst

Your goal

Marktlink Transaction Services is one of the youngest additions to the Marktlink Group and already well underway. From our offices in Amsterdam Rotterdam and Deventerwe are building a strong label focused on financial due diligence in mergers acquisitions and investments. Buying or selling a company or making a major investment involves significant risks. Thorough due diligence helps identify these risks and reveal opportunities to create value and achieve a successful transaction. As an Analyst Transaction Services you will contribute to the financial analyses that serve as the foundation for strategic decisions. Youll be involved in every stage of the due diligence process and support clients from start to finish.

Your responsibilities

• Conduct financial due diligence investigations

• Assist clients throughout the financial due diligence process

• Provide (sales) support to the team

• Contribute to projects reporting directly to the Partner or Manager.

• Develop your commercial skills alongside deep financial and analytical capabilities

Your profile

You are analytical entrepreneurial and a true team player with a hands-on approach and a passion for collective success. You have a keen eye for detail strong numerical skills and excellent interpersonal communication.
In addition you bring:

• A completed Masters degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field

• Relevant internship experience in Transaction Advisory Services (e.g. Big 4 or similar TAS environment)

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Fluency in Dutch is required

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

• A self-starting and proactive approach

• Solid project and time management skills

• Curiosity and a willingness to learn and share knowledge
