This role is in the Life & Pension side of our business and we are open for Junior and Mid-level profiles. We are working with colleagues in Denmark and India so if you liketo travel to Copenhagen or India this is for you

In the Collection team we focus on

• Collections: invoicing and premium payments

• Member Processes-Employment: On board new member changes to employment UPA LAK the connections with the possibility of multi-channelingqualityandperformance

Werea team of 18 split into two scrum teams. Half is based in the Netherlands and the other in Hyderabad India. Despite the distance we work closely and support each other every step of the way.

• Pension Interest/Knowledge: Got interest or experience in the Life & Pension industry Awesome! We need someone who thrives on diving into complex systems.

• Tech-Savvy: Got solid experienceofhow to lay the foundation fora successful it-development by dealing with requirements systematically

• A monthly gross salary between3150and 4000 (Junior) and 3800 and 4600 (Mid-level)based on 40 hours per week;

• 8% holiday allowance of your total grosssalary;

• Travel reimbursement: Receive a mileage allowance of 0.23 per km or an NS Business Card which can also be used for personal travel

• Flexibility in working environment. As part of a hybrid working team you will work partly from home and partly from the office. If you work in the office a free lunch is waiting for you every day.
