West Monroe is hiring a SecuritySeniorArchitect for our growingCybersecurity &Enterprise Technology consulting practice! This role will lead cross-functional teams in the design engineering and deployment of secure scalable security architectures across modern cloud and enterprise environments. This is an exciting opportunity to join an employee-ownedfirm and help clients proactively manage cyber risk while enabling innovation across industries such as Private Equity Energy & Utilities High-TechFinancial ServicesandHealthcare.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with West Monroe consultants and client leadership to architect design and implement security solutions that protect cloud data identity and AI-enabled systems while supporting business objectives

• Assesscurrent-statesecurity posture cloud environments data flows and identity architectures; interview stakeholders; gather requirements; and recommend pragmatic risk-based security strategies. Experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Define and enforce security architecture standards patterns and governance aligned to cloud security data protection identity and access management (IAM) and AI security best practices

• Design secure cloud architectures and landing zones with embedded controls for identity network security data protection and monitoring

• Architect and guide implementation of IAM solutions including identity lifecycle management privileged access management Zero Trust and access governance

• Design and advise on data security strategies including data classification encryption key management privacy and secure data sharing

• Evaluate and design security controls for AI and emerging technologies including model access controls data usage protections and responsible AI risk mitigation

• Support key architectural decisions related to security tooling cloud services and implementation approaches

• Partner with delivery teams to integrate security into cloud deploymentsDevSecOpspipelines and infrastructure-as-code workflows

• Support business development through proposal development pre-sales security discovery and client presentations

• Mentor and coach junior consultants on security architecture best practices client delivery and professional development

• Contribute to practice development and Centers of Excellence by sharing insights thought leadership and evolving methodologies

• Join a high-growth practice(and firm)with realleadershipinfluence onour serviceofferingsmethodologies and go-to-marketstrategies

• Become astrategic and trusted advisor to cybersecurity and technology executives shaping and implementingholistic strategies to drive cyberresiliencyand protect against evolving security threats

• Operate in an employee-owned firm aligning your impact with long-term value creationas an employee-owner

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field preferred or equivalent experiencerequired

• Consulting firm and/or industry experience preferred

• 810 years of experience in security architecture cybersecurity engineering or IT architecture with a strong security focus

• Deepand hands-onexperience in one or more of the following domains: cloud security identity & access management data security and/orAI security

• Familiarity withsecurity architectureframeworks and standards (e.g. NIST Zero Trust)

• Experience integrating security into DevOps /DevSecOpspractices and infrastructure-as-code

• Strong communication presentation and technical leadership skills

• Willingness to travel for client engagements

• Passionate about guiding coaching and teaching less experienced consultants

• Bonus: Compliance and regulatory experience (NIST ISOCMMC) scripting (Python PowerShell) Microsoft 365 security IAM platforms AI governance or relevant security/cloud certifications
