Job Summary

Position Role: Project lead for planning executing and assuring fmn trg (Bde to Corps including component level) primarily via CPX.

Responsibilities:
1. HFTS project officer leading and supporting development and delivery of exercises for all UK sovereign div corps and component level validation.

2. Provide SME advice to design and deliver higher fmn trg to fmn comds and staffs (up to 3*) and support to EXCON / HICON.

3. Deliver processes to observe analyse and enable higher fmn trg events including management of contractor support.

4. Become the CSTTG lead on NATO fmn trg processes and practices and use this to shape integration and coherence between UK and NATO fmns.

5. Lead on HFTS capability development focusing on both trg delivery and wider fmn tactics and processes.

6. BPT assist with planning/delivery of other trg and exercises including deployment as an OCT in any trg environment.
