Job Summary
Millwright Mechanic
Flynn Manufacturing Division
Vancouver BC - Surrey
$40-50/hour DOE
Flynn Group of Companies is currently searching for a Millwright-Mechanic to support our office based at nd Avenue in Surrey BC.
The person in this role will be assigned and responsible for duties to support production machines and equipment as well as perform tool upkeep and repairs. Equipment will include CNC machines engines pneumatic systems forklifts etc.

A Day in the Life
Performing preventative maintenance on various machines including saws CNC press brakes etc.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical electrical hydraulic or pneumatic problems with equipment.
Repair malfunctioning components such as motors pumps valves controls
Sourcing parts and supplies as needed to maintain and repair all machines and equipment.
As required working at heights and confined spaces.
Other facility and equipment maintenance tasks as assigned.
What You Bring
Minimum 4 years working in a maintenance tech role i.e. Red Seal Millwrights experienced non-ticketed technicians and mechanically skilled candidates with electrical pneumatic and automation knowledge.
4 years experience operating power tools (drill impact drivers reciprocating saw drill press etc.).
Class 5 Drivers license
Work independently and be accountable for work performed.
Ability to lift up to 22kg.
- Ability to perform 8 hours of standing climbing and crouching in an active manufacturing environment.
$40 - $50 an hour
