House Doctors St. Peters MO is seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

PROJECT LEADERSHIP:

Effectively lead on-site crews on residential and commercial remodeling projects
Accurately estimate efforts for job tasks
Manage project timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget job completion
Accurately manage job materials
Consistently meet quality standards and deliver exceptional customer experience
Effectively communicate project updates to clients office staff and management team
Ensure clean organized and safe job-sites company vehicles and workshop

TECHNICAL EXECUTION:

Perform hands-on tasks such as:

Complete carpentry framing and finish work
Install flooring tile cabinets doors and trim
Perform light electrical plumbing drywall and painting jobs
Handle exterior repairs including decks fences siding and posts
Lead full bathroom kitchen and basement remodels

TEAM DEVELOPMENT:

Cross-train on new technical skills
Help coach and mentor other team members
Represent House Doctors professionally
Participate in ongoing career development

Requirements:

7 to 10 years residential construction/remodeling experience
Multi-trade expertise in some of the following (carpentry drywall flooring tile
painting light electrical/plumbing siding full remodel projects commercial build-out)
Proven leadership and project management abilities
Track record of delivering projects on time on budget with top quality
Professional attitude and excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems
Learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems
Follow company processes and procedures
Perform physical labor work including bending lifting (50 lbs) work on ladders and handling tools Valid drivers license is required
Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Compensation: $29.00 - $38.00 per hour
