Description for Lead Carpenter:

• Construct fit and install premium custom decks patio covers fencing siding and window systems.
• Lead supervise and coordinate the daily workflow of a dedicated carpentry assistant on-site.
• Serve as the professional face of the company consulting with clients and owners confidently.
• Drive company fleet trucks safely to transport crew tools and raw materials to job locations.
• Read blueprints take precise field measurements and calculate accurate lumber material yields.
• Maintain high situational awareness and strictly enforce standard construction safety rules.

Details for Lead Carpenter:

• Pay Range:$25.00 $30.00 / hour (DOE).
• Schedule: Monday Friday Day Shift hours (discussed in detail in person).
• Location: Cowlitz County project sites.
• Position Type: Full-Time Temp-to-Hire.

Requirements for Lead Carpenter:

• Minimum of 4 years of verifiable experience in professional carpentry or a relevant structural trade field.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a leadership foreman or crew manager capacity.
• Must possess a valid drivers license and an insurable driving record to operate company vehicles.
• Presentable polished communication style with the ability to represent the company in front of clients.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination physical capability to lift heavy materials and high reliability.
