JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled Mac Administrator / EUC Support Engineer to manage support and maintain end-user computing environments with a strong focus on macOS systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Mac administration desktop support asset lifecycle management and inventory control while ensuring a seamless user experience

Key Responsibilities

Provide end-user support (EUC) for macOS and related applications.

Administer configure and troubleshoot Mac devices (macOS hardware and software).

Handle desktop support activities including installation upgrades and issue resolution.

Manage user accounts permissions and device policies.

Perform asset management including procurement tagging tracking and lifecycle management.

Maintain accurate inventory records for all IT assets.

Support onboarding/offboarding processes (device provisioning access setup recovery).

Troubleshoot hardware software and network-related issues.

Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system performance security and compliance.

Participate in after-hours/on-call support when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in Mac Administration (macOS environment).

Hands-on experience in EUC / Desktop Support.

Knowledge of device management tools (e.g. JAMF Intune or similar MDM solutions).

Experience in asset and inventory management systems.

Familiarity with Active Directory / Azure AD and user management.

Basic understanding of networking concepts.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and user-facing support skills.
