Global Supply Planner:
You will be responsible for managing and optimizing supply planning activities to ensure efficient production timely order fulfillment and seamless coordination across the supply chain.
Your role:
You will manage the supply planning process for a stable medium business scope ensuring accurate and timely planning inputs to support business reviews and decision-making.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders such as sales operations logistics production and suppliers to ensure demand and supply alignment.
You will analyze supply constraints run scenario planning and develop allocation plans to proactively mitigate risks and ensure operational continuity.
You will drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing enhancements across supply planning activities.
You will support the implementation of new supply planning concepts systems and lean processes while ensuring alignment with budgets schedules and operational targets.
Youre the right fit if:
Youve acquired 2 years of experience in supply planning supply chain management or a related role.
You have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Management Operations Management or an equivalent field.
You have hands on experience with SAP and Blue Yonder along with inventory management.
Youre an analytical and collaborative professional with strong communication skills comfortable working across functions and managing priorities in a dynamic supply chain environment.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Ontario CA is $92000 to $146000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.
In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position you must reside in or within commuting distance to Ontario CA.
