Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is currently recruiting for a Director Global Commercial Strategy Cardiovascular. This position will be located in Raritan NJ.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development of key launch strategies for the next generation anticoagulant milvexian through topline data release filing and launch in key markets such as the US.
- Provide support to the compound development team as well as supporting the development life cycle management strategies.
- Proactively partner with R&D and the regional commercial teams to provide input into clinical development projects product development decisions supply chain readiness and labeling that supports the commercial strategy.
- Provide commercial input to data generation and dissemination plans.
- Proactively partner with global cross functional teams to develop integrated commercial strategies which reflect each functional perspective
- Serve as key J&J Innovative Medicine commercial partner for alliance commercial team at BMS.
- Continue to update TPP and align with CDT to guide continued execution of Phase III studies.
- Be accountable for managing team budget
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Requirements
The qualified candidate should be an agile team player who is able to lead and contribute in cross-functional teams gain alignment and drive decision making with R&D GCSO and Regional colleagues. This individualshouldhave the ability to understandinterpretand communicate commercial and competitive implications of complex technical/clinical/regulatory data. This individual must understand clinical data andhave the ability tointeract with R&D colleagues on scientific issues. This individual mustdemonstratestrong leadership skills in influencing without authority critical thinking and effective decision making while facing ambiguity.
- Bachelors degree (BA/BS) is required.
- A minimum of10years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical industry isrequired.
- Anability to manage multiple demands and priorities on time lead teams gain alignment and driving decision making isrequired.
- Strong executiveverbaland written communication skills arerequired along withdemonstratedpresentation skills.
- Experience interacting with all levels of management including executive managementisrequired.
- Willingness to travel up to25% annually isrequired.
Preferred:
- A minimum of5yearsdemonstratedin-line marketing or market access experience isstronglypreferred.
- A minimum of 2 years ofcardiovascular experience isstrongly preferred.
- Global marketing experience is preferred.
- Postgraduate qualification PhDMSMBA or other graduate degree is preferred

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$150000.00 - $258750.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation 120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington 56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay including Floating Holidays 13 days per calendar year
Work Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
