Role Summary
GC Realty & Development is looking for a Resident Services Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional this role youll own the full resident communication experience managing inbound calls emails and chats while collaborating cross-departmentally to resolve issues and coordinate key processes like move-outs. If youre detail-oriented calm under pressure and genuinely passionate about helping people this role is built for you.

What Youll Do
Be the face of GC Realtys resident experience. Every call email chat and text that comes through is your opportunity to show residents theyre in good hands. Heres what that looks like day to day:
- Own the Resident Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for all resident communication across calls live chat texts and email responding promptly and professionally at every touchpoint.
- Manage Your Inbox and Tasks: Keep things moving by staying on top of emails and follow-ups ensuring every inquiry is handled within established response times.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with other teams to resolve resident and client issues always keeping the best interest of all parties in mind.
- Coordinate the Move-Out Process: Oversee move-outs from start to finish including confirmations key returns and all required documentation.
- Show Up and Grow: Attend weekly department meetings and one-on-ones with your manager and actively contribute ideas that make the team better.
- Flag and Solve Problems: Spot issues before they escalate raising concerns with your team and manager and collaborating on solutions.
- Be a Team Player: Support teammates during busy periods and take on additional tasks as the team grows and evolves.
What You Bring
- Customer Service Experience: At least 3 years in a customer-facing role. You genuinely enjoy talking to people and helping them solve problems.
- Confident Communicator: You can navigate difficult conversations with professionalism empathy and composure.
- Strong English Communication Skills: You communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal form.
- Sharp Attention to Detail: You stay organized catch the small stuff and dont let things fall through the cracks.
- Calm Under Pressure: Fast-paced and high-volume doesnt rattle you. You stay focused and solution-oriented when things get busy.
- Reliable Home Setup: You have a quiet distraction-free workspace and the equipment needed to perform at your best.
