Product Management Leader

The Product Leader is responsible for leading the company product team to ensure the overall success of the company product categories in terms of revenue volume and profit; in charge of product planning & line-up logic pricing strategies product lifecycle and new product launches readiness as well as reviewing purchases and healthy inventory levels.

What You Will Do

Manage the product marketing team serving as the primary source of product expertise industry knowledge competitive intelligence pricing analysis and consumer insights.

Lead the development of business plans for product categories creating category strategies and growth plans for Mexico.

Coordinate product planning across cross-functional teams and global product divisions identifying opportunities for new product development defining local product lineups positioning and pricing strategies.

Partner with Key Account Managers and Sales teams to support product sell-in activities and develop channel strategies for new product launches.

Lead the new product introduction process ensuring on-time launches and readiness of all supporting marketing communication retail and distributor assets.

Manage the product lifecycle by reviewing forecasts purchase plans inventory levels promotional activities and end-of-life transitions to maintain healthy inventory.

Support the achievement of sales revenue volume and profitability targets by monitoring category performance and implementing action plans when needed.

Coordinate with Headquarters to ensure technical requirements and product specifications meet the needs of Mexico.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelors degree in Engineering Marketing Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Development roles.

Previous experience managing teams preferably within the Home Appliances industry.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate develop and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Advanced English proficiency is required.

Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly advanced Excel.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.

Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving business objectives.
