A motivated Lettings Negotiator with some previous experience is required for a vacancy with a busy Haywards Heath lettings agency: supporting residential lettings building client relationships arranging viewings negotiating lets and delivering high standards of customer service in a fast-paced environment.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and capable Lettings Negotiator to join a leading local Lettings Agency in Haywards Heath.

This role offers the chance to work within a professional team assisting with the growth of the lettings business while delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
• Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers
• Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
• Generating new business opportunities and supporting instruction growth
• Managing enquiries via phone email and in person
• Progressing tenancies from offer through to completion
• Delivering consistently high levels of customer service

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential lettings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and professional approach with clients
• Excellent customer service and organisational skills
• Positive attitude and self-motivated mindset
• Well-presented and articulate
• Knowledge of the Haywards Heath area advantageous
• Full UK driving licence and own car essential
