Working closely with landlords tenants contractors and colleagues you will play a key role in ensuring compliance managing tenancy administration and providing exceptional customer service. What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Administrator:

  • Managing tenancy administration from offer agreed through to move-in
  • Preparing tenancy agreements legal documentation and compliance paperwork
  • Coordinating property compliance requirements and maintaining accurate records
  • Liaising with landlords tenants and contractors regarding tenancy matters and maintenance issues
  • Conducting property inspections and supporting occasional property viewings
  • Providing administrative support across the lettings department and assisting with day-to-day office operations

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

  • Previous experience within a lettings property or estate agency administration role
  • Strong understanding of lettings processes and property compliance requirements
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise a busy workload effectively
  • Professional and confident communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office spreadsheets and property CRM systems
  • Positive flexible and team-focused approach to work
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for inspections and viewings
