What Youll Do:
Monitor & Triage: Actively track incoming incident tickets faults and other system alerts from Stretch robots deployed at customer sites and for internal testing.
Robot Forensics: Perform failure analysis by diving into logs to inspect data such 3D point clouds images or robot models to determine why a box was dropped why the robot paused or why a collision occurred.
Build the Scoreboard: Develop and maintain dashboards (e.g. JIRA Looker Tableau) that track key performance and reliability metrics and inform engineering planning processes.
Reproduce Failures: Work with our robots testing facilities and tools such as simulation to reproduce failures validate fixes and strive for continual improvement.
Collaborate: Partner with robotics engineers to understand our systems and turn observed failures into new requirements or algorithm tweaks.
