What Youll Be Doing

• Lead daily cement terminal operations to ensure safe efficient and reliable product handling.
• Oversee scheduling inventory accuracy and coordination of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Guide and support terminal employees through clear work direction and coaching.
• Monitor equipment performance troubleshoot issues and coordinate maintenance needs.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety productivity and customer service.

• Proven ability to lead union teams and foster a culture of safety and accountability.
• Strong operational decisionmaking skills in fastpaced logisticsfocused environments.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Comfort working with equipment systems and processes within an industrial setting.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
• Must have strong mechanical aptitude and abilities.

Work Environment

• Industrial terminal environment with exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
• Regular walking climbing and standing; ability to safely navigate equipment areas.
• Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).
