About the Role:

Leidos is seeking a Senior Tableau Developer to support the Social Security Administration (SSA) by developing enhancing and maintaining enterprise reporting and business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building Tableau dashboards optimizing SQL queries troubleshooting data quality issues and delivering highly interactive visual analytics solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to work independently within Agile environments.

• Strong Tableau BI Dashboard Development experience
• Tableau Desktop expertise
• Advanced Tableau features (LOD Expressions Parameter Actions Relationships Joins Custom Visualizations)
• Strong SQL development and query optimization skills
• PostgreSQL experience
• Data Analysis and Data Management experience
• Dashboard Performance Tuning and Optimization
• Data Quality Analysis and Troubleshooting
• Report Testing Validation and Defect Resolution
• Agile/Scrum development experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
