Job Description
Our Facility Maintenance Technician is in charge of keeping our residents living areas well-kept and serviced to high standards. You should also be able to resolve resident complaints and queries promptly and in a polite manner.
Responsibilities
- Assist Maintenance Director in identifying needed repairs or replacements in apartments rooms common areas landscaping parking areas etc.
- Complete work orders from residents and staff
- Assist with preventative maintenance to refurbish or replace deteriorating items and avoid costly repairs
- Complete special projects as directed
Qualifications
- Previous experience of at least 1 year in general maintenance or construction
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Knowledge of maintenance plumbing electrical HVAC etc. will all give you a leg up
