In this position...

  • As part of our Talent Management team youll be at the forefront of designing implementing and optimizing global talent programs that cultivate a high-performing workforce and foster a culture of continuous growth and excellence. This group plays a vital role in ensuring Ford attracts develops and retains the diverse talent necessary to drive our bold vision forward empowering our teams and businesses to innovate and achieve the impossible.
  • We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Program Manager Talent Management to lead the iterative design development and global deployment of critical talent initiatives such as Performance Management Talent Review and Succession Planning.
  • This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking and strategic design capabilities hands-on program management expertise across cross-functional teams including communications & technology cross-cultural competence and a passion for optimizing employee experience across diverse regions.


Responsibilities

What youll do...

  • Strategic Program Leadership: Lead the end-to-end design and evolution of global talent programs ensuring alignment with the companys overall talent strategy industry best practices and business priorities.
  • Program Management & Implementation: Manage the full lifecycle of talent programs from conceptualization to continuous improvement including developing comprehensive change management strategies and leveraging HR technology solutions (e.g. Oracle HCM Visier) for optimal impact.
  • Global Deployment & Support: Oversee the successful global rollout and adoption of talent programs providing effective communication training and acting as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to regional HR teams and HR Business Partners.
  • Governance & Optimization: Establish robust program governance structures define and track key metrics and KPIs to measure program effectiveness analyze data for continuous optimization and manage relationships with external vendors.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Influence: Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders across all levels and functions effectively influencing decision-making and gaining buy-in for program initiatives within a matrixed global organization.


Qualifications

Youll have...

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Organizational Development I/O Psychology or a related field.
  • 8 years of HR experience with at least 5 years specializing in Talent Management leading programs for a business.
  • Proven experience driving talent strategy for large organizations preferably within product design content design product management or similar creative/technical fields.
  • Strong project and program management skills including planning managing and delivering medium to large-scale projects as well as multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent Proficiency in using data and analytics to assess program effectiveness identify critical insights and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience collaborating with highly matrixed and globally distributed teams and stakeholders.

Even better you may have...

  • Masters degree in Human Resources Organizational Development I/O Psychology or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP)
  • Proficiency with major HRIS/Talent Management systems (e.g. Workday SuccessFactors Oracle HCM)
  • Experience with change management methodologies and tools.

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $60.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidates skills and experience and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope responsibility and competitive market value.
