Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pursuits Manager to join our team. The Pursuits Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the pursuit process from identifying potential business opportunities to submitting proposals and securing contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and research potential business opportunities in the pediatric healthcare market

- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop winning strategies for pursuit opportunities

- Lead the development and submission of proposals including writing and editing content

- Manage the pursuit process from start to finish including tracking progress and meeting deadlines

- Conduct market analysis and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors

- Work with the marketing team to create and implement targeted marketing campaigns

- Ensure all pursuit activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field

- Experience in the healthcare industry preferably in pediatric services

- Proven track record of successfully securing new business and managing the pursuit process

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Willingness to travel as needed
