What Youll Do

As a Barbering Teacher you will spend your days instructing guiding and encouraging students as they develop their technical skills and guest service abilities. You will deliver lessons oversee hands-on practice and provide mentorship that supports both the academic and personal growth of each student. Your responsibilities will include upholding the culture of Paul Mitchell The School collaborating with colleagues participating in professional training sessions and contributing to various school activities such as student clubs events and educational initiatives. Your commitment to excellence and professionalism will play a vital role in shaping the future of the barbering profession.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in the barbering field
• Current California Barbering License
• Excellent organization coaching and communication skills
• Skills in supervision teamwork and documentation
• Passion for the beauty industry
• Honesty and professionalism
• Knowledge of Paul Mitchell Schools cultural and technical systems (preferred)
• Experience instructing at a barber school (preferred)
