Surgical Technician

Summary

As a Surgical Technologist you will provide skilled surgical services under the guidance of a registered nurse following established care plans and departmental policies and procedures. Join us to deliver exceptional patient care and advance your career in surgical services!

Schedule

• Part-time 48 hours per two weeks
• Primarily Monday through Friday daytime shifts with varied start times.
• Includes after-hours call rotation with a 20-minute response time requirement weekdays and weekends

Pay and Benefits

• Starting pay begins at $26.63 per hour and increases with experience
  • Pay range: $25.20 - $37.81 per hour
• $5000 tuition loan reimbursement or $2500 hiring bonus and $2500 in relocation assistance for eligible candidates!

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program.
• Certified Surgical Technologist
• Basic Life Support
• Possesses verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with circulating nurses physicians interdisciplinary team members and patients/families.

The Redwood Hospital is a 12-bed facility serving Redwood Falls Morton and other communities in and near Redwood and Renville Counties in Minnesota.
