Join our Litigation Team as a Case Clerk located in our Minneapolis office.

This role will be based in our Minneapolis office on an in-office basis. Regular in-office presence is required for day-to-day operations as well as for team meetings training opportunities and relationship building.
Position Summary
The Case Clerk will provide organizational and practice-specific assistance to attorneys and paralegals in the Litigation Department in preparing cases from onset through post-trial including trial candidates must demonstrate professionalism attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities and work in an organized efficient should also be flexible to work overtime as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Assists department attorneys and paralegals with document collection form preparation and administrative tasks
Maintains and organizes client files and electronic databases
Partners with attorneys on various dedicated projects
Performs additional administrative tasks for department
Assists with other department activities as needed and performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes including Litigation-specific software
Qualifications & Prior Experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent prior work experience in a professional services environment is required
Technology
Computer proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word PowerPoint Excel and Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
Experience with electronic document management systems; experience using iManage or Filesite a plus
Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly
The expected pay range for this position is:
$22.72 to $25.23 per hour
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience location and other job-related factors permitted by law.
