Business Development Center Assistant

We are seeking an experienced & results driven Business Development assistant.This position will oversee our digital lead generation system & employees. Experience working in retail automotive is strongly preferred. Candidates with experience working as a Sales Consultant Finance Manager or BDC Rep are encouraged to apply.

Pay Range:Earn between $40K - $80K / year - based on experience / performance!

Business Development Assistant Responsibilities:

• Create maintain and measure the internet business development processes
• Respond to all internet leads in a timely manner.
• Oversee CRM usage & adoption by your team
• Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management
• Assistcustomers in appropriate vehicle selection be the product expert & sounding board
• Direct customers to product information resources including those available on the internet
