• Perform line painting pothole repair seal coating and other pavement maintenance tasks.
• Assist in loading/unloading materials and tools.
• Collaborate with the Director of Operations to ensure project quality and efficiency.
• Maintain equipment and ensure a safe work environment.
• Occasional availability for work during evenings and weekends may be necessary to accommodate project demands.

• Valid MA drivers license and clean driving record.
• Self-motivated with problem-solving skills.
• Punctuality organization and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to work independently and in physically demanding conditions.
• Previous experience with small engines or paint sprayers is advantageous.
