Payroll Support Specialist

Position Information:

The Payroll Support Specialist utilizes digital software to process payments deductions and timesheets for employees. This position provides clerical support to staff by answering questions communicating with staff providing information receiving paperwork researching records generating reports verifying data and resolving problems related to payroll/benefits.

Shift Details:8 hours a day; 260 day calendar
Continuing Position:Employees have reasonable assurance of continued employment to the following school year. However an employees total work hours work locations and the designated beginning and ending times may vary.
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Hourly Rate: $38.52(hourly) (2025-2026Office Personnel Salary Schedule) Effective Sep. 1 2026: $40.29 Hourly Rate

Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience:

• 18 years of age and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.

and one of the following:

• Hold a post-secondary or advanced degree; or
• Earned a minimum of ten (10) relevant college credits; or
• Have three (3) years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Post-secondary degree in a related field and 3-4 years of closely related work experience is preferred.
