Summary of Role:

GlobalFoundries is seeking an experienced IT professional to lead the functional execution of Order to Cash Track to support ongoing mergers and acquisitions. This individual contributor will be responsible for ensuring that acquired semiconductor IP business can be effectively sold quoted and billed within GlobalFoundries systems with particular emphasis on SAP SD module enablement.
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in enterprise commercial systems and a strong understanding of how IP is sold licensed & billed.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Work closely withCommercial teams for IP Order Management process setup in SAP SD.
• Own end-to-endSAP Order to Cash functional executionfor integration of acquired semiconductor IP businesses.
• Oversee design and delivery of SAP SD & MM Configurations & Customizations for non-inventory product-service offeringsfor IP licenses & royalties.
• Support M&A integration and carve-out activities with a strong focus onDay-1 and Day-2 operability.

Other Responsibilities:

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental Health Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications:

• 15 years of enterprise IT delivery or systems experience.
• Demonstrable ability to Lead IT partners for successful design & delivery.
• Demonstrable understanding of commercial IP business models including how IP is sold contracted and billed.
• Hands-on experience withSAP SD & MM module particularly in contract-based billing revenue recognition and non-inventory or product-service offerings.
• Hands-on experience with IP Pricing & Royal Calculations for any industry.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders such as Legal Finance and Business teams to operationalize commercial terms in IT systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in semiconductor EDA semiconductor IP fabless or foundry environments.
• Experience in delivering M&A Projects.
• Exposure to semiconductor IP royalty reporting.
• Exposure to semiconductor IP pricing model.
