Restoration crew chief Technician

• Perform water extraction structural drying and moisture monitoring.
  
  
• Assist with fire smoke and soot cleanup and deodorization.
  
  
• Perform demolition and removal of damaged materials such as drywall flooring and insulation.
  
  
• Set up and monitor drying equipment including air movers and dehumidifiers.
  
  
• Conduct mold remediation according to company and industry standards.
  
  
• Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
  
  
• Maintain accurate job documentation including photos moisture readings and work logs.
  
  
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress.
  
  
• Maintain company vehicles equipment and tools in good working condition.
  
  
• Provide professional customer service to clients during stressful situations.
  
  

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
  
  
• Previous restoration construction or cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
  
  
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
  
  
• Willingness to work on-call nights weekends and emergency response situations.
  
  
• Valid drivers license preferred.
