Experienced mid-senior Maintenance Technician needed to repair maintain and optimize production machinery in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join an on-site manufacturing operation located in Ripon Wisconsin. This mid-senior role requires a strong work ethic a positive attitude and the ability to collaborate with a team to ensure reliable production. Total openings: 1. Standard shift is Monday through Thursday 3:00 pm to 1:00 am. Compensation is commensurate with experience.

• Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment using hand tools power tools and precision measuring and testing instruments in accordance with diagrams operation manuals and manufacturer specifications.
• Troubleshoot and service motors hydraulic and pneumatic systems pumps conveyors and production equipment.
• Perform welding as needed to support maintenance and repair activities.
• Prepare new machines for operation following established protocols and procedures.
• Conduct regular technical testing on machinery to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collect and analyze data on machine operation to identify trends and recommend actions to reduce machine downtime.
• Create and manage work orders through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Demonstrate expert-level understanding of production machines and equipment.

• Preferred two-year Associate degree and 5 years of related work experience.
• Proficiency with computers to search for parts and enter data into a CMMS.

• Standing for long periods sitting manual dexterity stooping bending
• Passing a pre-employment physical including a baseline lift of 50 pounds
• Passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check
