We are looking for an experienced General Manager - HR for a media advertising company based in Pune to lead and manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment learning & development compensation & benefits employee relations HR analytics performance management and succession planning. The role requires a strategic thinker who can enhance employee satisfaction reduce attrition and build a strong workplace culture.
Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Selection
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
Coordinate with hiring managers for efficient hiring
Track hiring metrics (time-to-hire source of hire etc.)
Maintain talent pipeline and candidate database
Drive recruitment automation and employer branding
Learning & Development
Identify training needs and skill gaps
Plan and conduct training programs
Evaluate training effectiveness
Establish skill frameworks across roles
Compensation & Benefits
Design and review salary structures
Implement compensation and benefits plans
Develop CTC structures and incentive policies
Employee Relations
Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution
Develop and implement HR policies
Improve employee engagement and work environment
HR MIS & Analytics
Monitor HR KPIs (attrition retention cost per hire)
Generate dashboards and reports
Automate HR reporting processes
Performance Management
Design performance appraisal systems
Align performance with promotions and compensation
Standardize evaluation processes
Succession Planning
Identify key roles and successors
Conduct gap analysis and development plans
Ensure knowledge transfer and continuity
Job Requirements:
Qualification: 8 years of relevant experience in Human Resources
Languages: Marathi Hindi English
Knowledge of Legal Compliance and payroll
Strong Communication and leadership skills
ISO 9001 Awareness
Should be an expert in the Recruitment Cycle
