- Salary Clerk Grade 9/10 from $129464 to $142665 base superannuation
About the role
Manages a team and coordinates the development implementation and evaluation of a variety of directorate administrative HR and correspondence processes policies training and professional learning activities and support services to facilitate the delivery of business operations to agreed standards within tight timeframes.

About you
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership in coordinating Human Resource functions and managing consistent efficient administrative processes across the Directorate. They excel in leading and supporting business support teams to deliver seamless support to all Business Units.
Key attributes include:
- Proven experience managing HR coordination including staffing training and professional development tailored to Directorate needs.
- Expertise in establishing and maintaining effective compliant administrative systems and processes to support operational efficiency.
- Strong skills in leading motivating and allocating work within business support teams to meet tight deadlines and high standards.
- Ability to facilitate timely clear communication and information flow between teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in developing and delivering training programs to enhance staff capability in human resource management recruitment and administration processes aligned to policy.
- Track record in preparing high-quality reports briefs and presentations to support senior management and stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Departments Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Departments Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
