SAP Solutions Engineer

Duties:
Responsible for design develop and implement custom software solutions within SAP to address evolving business needs including functional module enhancements performance tuning and tailored workflows. Translate business requirements into technical and functional specifications that guide the development and configuration of scalable SAP applications. Develop test and deploy application components and system enhancements ensuring alignment with software development best practices and validation standards. Collaborate with cross-functional development and implementation teams to build integrated SAP solutions that improve operational efficiency and system interoperability. Coordinate with technical teams including SAP developers and consultants to ensure successful execution of development projects system customizations and performance optimization efforts. Identify track and resolve technical risks and issues across SAP development projects maintaining project timelines and quality standards. Oversee SAP service delivery and system integration efforts to ensure compliance with client expectations service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). Monitor and analyze system metrics and KPIs to identify trends performance gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement. Provide technical guidance and leadership to support personnel throughout the SAP software development lifecycle including documentation deployment and user support activities.

Requirements:
Masters in computer science Engineering any MIS Business or related field or foreign equivalent.

Domestic travel may be required and may occur four (4) times per year or more depending on client need.

40 hours/week wage range $130707 to $140000 per year.
