Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and optimize machine learning models.
Build and deploy production-ready ML pipelines.
Develop AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
Fine-tune foundation models using domain-specific datasets.
Create Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.
Integrate AI models with web applications and APIs.
Monitor model performance and improve accuracy.
Work with cloud platforms to deploy scalable AI services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products.
Stay updated with the latest AI research and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science AI Machine Learning Data Science or related field.
8 years of software development experience (entry-level roles may accept internships/projects).
Strong understanding of:
- Machine Learning algorithms
- Deep Learning
- Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Statistics and Linear Algebra
Strong programming skills in Python.
Experience with SQL and data processing.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience deploying ML models into production.
Experience building LLM-based chatbots or AI assistants.
Knowledge of distributed systems.
Familiarity with REST APIs and FastAPI.
Experience with vector databases and semantic search.
Knowledge of reinforcement learning is a plus.
