Pay Rate/Range:$16-18/hr
Description:Seeking a Background Check Analyst / Compliance Specialist. The Background Check Analyst / Compliance Specialist receives orders and verifies candidate information assists with setting up new clients in screening platforms and ensures all verifications and consents meet FCRA and state regulations. The Background Check Analyst / Compliance Specialist also maintains audit ready documentation reviews results for accuracy and communicates with clients regarding updates outcomes and support questions.
Job Requirements:
Associate or Bachelors Degree preferably in criminal justice business or related field
Two years in background screening or HR / Compliance roles
Familiarity with FCRA DOT and state-level background check regulations
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm; Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
