DESCRIPTION:
As a Compliance Specialist II youll ensure international trade operations comply with complex regulatory requirements while enabling our mission to make the world healthier cleaner and safer. Youll work collaboratively across functions to drive trade compliance excellence through policy implementation transaction monitoring and process improvements.

Youll manage day-to-day export activities including classification screening licensing and documentation while providing guidance to internal teams. The role requires strong analytical skills to review complex regulations resolve compliance issues and identify process improvements. Youll maintain accurate records conduct audits and generate compliance metrics while building productive relationships with freight forwarders and internal stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or equivalent required with 2 years of experience in trade compliance customs operations or related field Bachelors Degree is a plus

Additional relevant certifications preferred (e.g. Certified Customs Specialist Certified Trade Compliance Specialist)
Expert knowledge of export regulations customs procedures and trade agreements
Proficient in HTS and ECCN classification and licensing requirements
Proficiency with trade compliance systems and Microsoft Office suite
Experience with global trade management software
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Experience conducting compliance audits and implementing corrective actions
Willingness to travel up to 10-15% as needed
