Were seeking a highly organized creative and execution focused Marketing Specialist to support social media initiatives and department marketing campaigns across membership sports programs youth offerings and events. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment understands social media trends and knows how to turn campaign goals into engaging content and timely execution. Youll play a key role in driving awareness generating leads increasing registrations and ensuring campaigns are consistently activated across social and in-house channels.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Execute social media and department campaigns across departments
Manage social media calendars scheduling posting and engagement
Partner closely with the Content Creator to plan and launch campaign content across platforms
Develop creative concepts captions hooks and messaging for social campaigns
Coordinate with designers and creative team members to produce campaign assets
Ensure content aligns with active promotions seasonal priorities and company goals
Collaborate with internal departments to gather campaign needs deadlines and deliverables
Support facility marketing needs including signage promotions and campaign visibility
Track campaign performance including leads registrations reach and engagement
Identify gaps in campaigns and proactively recommend content or execution opportunities
Support paid advertising efforts with creative input hooks and messaging ideas
Maintain organized workflows and timelines to support consistent campaign launches
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Advertising or related field
2 years of experience in marketing coordination social media or campaign execution
Strong understanding of Instagram Facebook TikTok and emerging social platforms
Excellent copywriting skills for short-form content promotions and campaign messaging
Proficient with scheduling tools social platforms and analytics dashboards
Proficient in Adobe Suite including Lightroom Photoshop Illustrator Premiere Pro
Highly organized with strong project management skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments
Bonus Points For
Experience in fitness or health and wellness spaces
Experience supporting paid social or digital ad campaigns
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager Google Analytics or CRM lead tracking
