SUMMARY:

The Process Pump Specialists provide knowledge and skills for customers industrial pump needs.

JOB DUTIES

• Works with Motion Industries Account Representatives to identify quote engineer and close product and solution sales.
• Independently pursues OEM accounts to identify quote engineer and close product solution sales.
• Provides technical support and educates customers Account Representatives and CSRs about pump products.
• Works with Motion Industries Branch Managers to provide business planning to reach product sales goals.
• Works with and coordinates vendor resources to build relationships and support Motion Industries Account Representatives.
• Routinely interacts face-to-face with customers to foster strong relationships and maintain satisfaction.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and two (2) or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS ABILITIES

• Sales and engineering knowledge of pump products with a focus on industrial related products.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organization and detail oriented.
• Moderate computer skills with an ability to use Microsoft Outlook.
• Typically requires strong sales experience with emphasis on growth in new opportunities.
