Dietary SupervisorResponsibilities

• Ensure timely and efficient food production andmeal service to all residents

• Develop food preparation distribution andsanitation schedule

• Assist in the recruitment interviewing and selectionof dietary personnel

• Adhere to all fire safety infection controlconfidentiality resident directed care and resident rights regulations andguidelines

• Ensure staff compliance of dietary procedurespolicies and responsibilities

• Assign supervise and direct food service toall service areas

• Forecast needs of the department and report tonecessary personnel

Dietary Supervisor Requirements

• Degree from accredited college/university orcompletion of the 120-hour course of Dietary Management

• One year of food service supervisory experience

Preferred

• Previous experience in long-term care
