Clinical Supervisor LCSW

A growing healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor LCSW to oversee clinical operations and support behavioral health staff within an outpatient setting. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care maintaining clinical compliance standards and providing ongoing supervision and mentorship to clinicians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to social workers therapists and behavioral health staff
  • Review assessments treatment plans progress notes and clinical documentation for quality and compliance
  • Support staff development through coaching training and case consultation
  • Assist with crisis intervention and complex case management when needed
  • Ensure adherence to ethical legal and organizational standards
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and program development
  • Monitor productivity workflow efficiency and clinical outcomes

Qualifications

  • Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW)
  • Active LCSW license
  • Supervisory experience in a clinical or behavioral health setting preferred
  • Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of behavioral health regulations and documentation standards
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment
