National Law Firm Environmental Litigation Associate (2 Years)
A well-established national law firm is looking to add an Environmental Litigation Associate in Cincinnati.
This is a great opportunity for a junior-to-mid-level litigator who wants to build experience in a specialized and growing practice area working on complex environmental matters within a busy collaborative team.
What Youll Be Doing
- Drafting pleadings motions and other court filings
- Supporting complex environmental litigation matters
- Assisting with depositions and court appearances
- Managing communication with clients and opposing counsel
- Contributing to overall case strategy and execution
What Theyre Looking For
- 2 years of litigation experience
- Experience drafting pleadings and dispositive motions
- Strong research writing and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
- Large law firm experience preferred
