Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Additional Availability: Overtime weekends and flexible scheduling may be required based on operational needs.

We are seeking a reliable detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations at our Pooler GA facility. You are responsible for inventory handling scanning labeling shipping receiving and order fulfillment to ensure products move accurately and efficiently throughout the warehouse.

You are organized safety-conscious and committed to maintaining productivity and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail dependability and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately scan inbound and outbound inventory using handheld RF scanners and warehouse systems
  • Apply verify and maintain product pallet and shipment labels according to company standards
  • Receive inspect sort and stage incoming freight for storage or distribution
  • Pick pack and prepare customer orders for shipment
  • Verify product quantities and item information against shipping and receiving documentation
  • Organize inventory and maintain accurate warehouse locations
  • Assist with cycle counts inventory audits and stock replenishment activities
  • Report inventory discrepancies damaged products or shipping errors promptly
  • Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
  • Support shipping receiving and order fulfillment operations as needed
  • Follow all company policies procedures and warehouse safety standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience preferred
  • Experience in shipping and receiving inventory control order fulfillment or general warehouse operations
  • Familiarity with handheld RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality required
  • Ability to stand walk bend and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
